What: Admins are now able to instantly elevate their Upswing experience by checking out more information about other products and services from Upswing that complement their current solution suite, including refilling their hours for the semester whenever needed.
Why: For schools that only use one or two solutions from Upswing, this accessible tab will allow admins to view and plan for potential upgrades. Expressing interest in an upgrade will immediately notify the admin’s HERO to provide more information and talk through what solutions make sense for the college’s overall strategy and goals.
To navigate to this feature, log in to your Upswing dashboard as an admin and locate the Upgrade tab between Settings and Log Out.
