International Phone Number Support
While all of our schools are based in the US & Canada, we still have several Upswing users who have international phone numbers—especially our coaches. That’s why we’re rolling out support for international phone numbers, starting with India and the Philippines!

Accessibility Enhancements
Upswing’s mission is to create a connected education experience for underserved students. Part of achieving that goal is ensuring that our platform is easy to use for students from a wide variety of backgrounds, skills, and abilities. That’s why we’ve extended and improved keyboard navigation support to help those who prefer navigating the web using a keyboard.

Something you may have missed: Tutor Schedule Management
Keeping an eye on multiple tutors at the same time can be time consuming and frustrating. That’s why we created the Tutor Schedule Management tab in the Admin Dashboard!
Using the Tutor Schedule Management tab, you’ll be able to see when your tutors are scheduled to receive tutoring session requests, when they have scheduled sessions, and if they’re immediately available right now. We’ve also made it powerful by allowing you to filter by name, subject, location, and more! Want to see if you have full coverage in Algebra on Thursday in the Learning Center? You can do that.
You can also schedule a session right from the timeline!
