Upswing Product Updates — January 22, 2020
Welcome to our first product update of 2020!
With classes starting back up last week and the MLK holiday taking place yesterday, you’re probably (like us) just beginning to get into the real groove of the semester. We’re happy to announce some important changes to Upswing to make the start of the semester a little bit better!
Easily view the workgroups assigned to each of your Async Tutors
For partners with Upswing’s asynchronous tutoring system, we’ve made it so that admins can quickly view and manage which tutors are assigned to various async workgroups.
Delete unused queues for asynchronous tutoring
Another feature for partners with Upswing’s asynchronous tutoring system, we’ve made it so that any unused queues can be deleted by an Upswing HERO, removing any unnecessary clutter in your admin dashboard. This will make the management and oversight of the assignment review process a bit easier for admins!
Bug resolved for admins toggling between various user profiles
We’ve fixed a bug where admins using the Profile Search feature would have to refresh their page when navigating directly from one user’s profile to another user’s profile. Now, the data loads automatically, preventing any need for a page refresh.
Upswing Coaches can now receive non-integer pay rates
As part of our revamped Upswing Coach compensation and performance evaluation process, we’ve added the ability for coaches to have hourly pay-rates that can include a cent amount in addition to the hourly dollar amount. This will allow us to better incentivize and reward coaches when they are high performers who deliver excellent student experiences.
